This traditional Hatha yoga class is performed in a very warm and humid studio.  This class focuses on improving body alignment, muscular strength and flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. Hot yoga can help you burn calories, build bone density, boost your cardiovascular fitness, and improve your flexibility. It may also help ease depression and reduce stress.  **Please note – there is an additional charge for this class. $10 for members and $15 for non-members.
