Nadine Bramlett

Certified Personal Trainer

Nadine has been practicing Pilates and Yoga for 10 years. She also completed a 200 hour training through Yoga Alliance to become a certified Yoga and Prenatal Yoga Instructor. Nadine has lived in various places throughout the country and is happy and excited to be settled in in North Georgia. She and her family enjoys a very active lifestyle including outdoor activities and kids’ sports. Though she is also certified in PiYo, Ugi, and Indoor Cycling, her real passion is for Yoga, Paddleboard Yoga and Pilates. She loves working on her own personal practice and helping others work to achieve their fitness goals.

Dylan Ownbey

Certified Personal Trainer

Dylan has been in the gym/fitness industry for six years but has been committed to working on his health and fitness goals since he was 17.

He has a passion to teach YOU everything about health and fitness.

Dylan understands that working out can improve your physical health and the discipline you learn in the gym will help you in life.

Outside of Clayton Health and Fitness, Dylen enjoys hiking or playing sports. He also enjoys playing video games.

Dylan's motto = Faith/Family/Fitness.
