Nadine Bramlett

Yoga & Total Body Instructor

Nadine has been practicing Pilates and Yoga for 10 years. She also completed a 200 hour training through Yoga Alliance to become a certified Yoga and Prenatal Yoga Instructor.

Nadine has lived in various places throughout the country and is happy and excited to be settled in North Georgia. She and her family enjoy a very active lifestyle including outdoor activities and kids’ sports.

Though she is also certified in PiYo, Ugi, and Indoor Cycling, her real passion is for Yoga, Paddleboard Yoga and Pilates.

She loves working on her own personal practice and helping others work to achieve their fitness goals.

GROUP X CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Pilates (Mat)

All levels welcome.  A core based exercise focusing on slow controlled movements.

Yoga

All levels are welcome.  Traditional Hatha-style yoga.

Zumba

Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a fun cardio program.

Powerhouse

A resistance training class using body bars, dumbbells, and glides that strengthens all your major muscle groups. Great for beginners through advanced exercisers.

Tabata

Tabata focuses on burning calories and building muscle in all areas of the body. Students can work at
their own pace choosing to participate with or without weights. Fast paced music keeps drive alive.

Total Body

This workout combines fat-blasting, low impact STEP aerobics with full body toning.

SilverSneakers Classic

SilverSneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

SilverSneakers BOOM Muscle

Silver Sneakers BOOM Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that tone muscles and build strength. Move through muscle-conditioning blocks and activity-specific drills to improve strength and functional skill.
